- Compact style stereotaxic frame which provides users with the ability to perform surgeries on both Mice and Rats on the same base due to vertically-adjusting ear and nose bar post and horizontally-adjusting ear and nose bar posts
- Traditional U-Frame stereotaxic base suitable for surgeries on rats with adapter and platform to allow surgery on mice and neonatal rats
Compact Mouse And Rat Stereotaxic Frame
The innovative design of the Compact Frame for mice and rats stereotaxic instrument provides users with the ability to perform surgeries on a mouse or a rat on the same base.
- No U-Frame maximizes operating space
- Designed for a Rat or a Mouse on the same base
- Vertical and horizontal adjustment of ear and nose posts accommodates rodents of all sizes
- Scales at ear and nose posts allows for precise positioning
- Gas anesthesia compatible
- Easily cleaned durable surface
- Warmer ready base (requires separate controller and temperature probe) used to maintain body temperature throughout surgical procedures

The time-proven 'U'-Frame design provides stability and adaptability while the instrument's exclusive, triple-lead screws allow for smooth, consistent movements with rapid positioning.
- Large, easy to read laser engraved vernier scales
- Triple lead screws for fast positioning 80 mm of vertical, lateral and anterior-posterior travel
- Absolute lock at 90 degrees (vertical)
- Brass bushings in manipulator arm permit electrical grounding
