This small pH meter can be set up almost anywhere. It is compatible with non-invasive sensors, dipping probes and flow-through cells of type LG1 (pH 4.0 - 7.5). pH-1 SMA LG1 has temperature compensation, so even in environments with changing temperatures precise pH measurements can be performed. The optical pH sensors can directly be integrated in bioreactors and cultivation vessels, and are read out with pH-1 SMA LG1 non-invasively from outside. This way it is possible to take reliable long-term measurements without sampling or the risk of contamination. This USB-powered pH meter is operated with the PreSens Measurement Studio 2 software, which enables simultaneous control of several PreSens pH, O2 and CO2 devices, so measurement networks can be set up. With numerous features, the software makes the pH-1 SMA LG1 applicable in almost any application.

Applications

Compact pH Meters for Culture Monitoring

pH-1 SMA devices are ideally suited for benchtop applications. Combined with non-invasive pH Sensor Spots they allow continuous culture monitoring in transparent bioreactors or other culture vessels without the risk of contamination. Connected to pH flow-through cells the pH in perfusion systems and bypaths can easily be determined. The pH-1 SMA devices are quickly installed, easy to operate and even multiple devices can be controlled from one PC. No matter if lab space or time are limited - pH-1 SMA is the solution for culture monitoring!

pH-1 SMA for Biological Research

Check the pH in tissue or sediment samples, or measure pH continuously in perfusion systems. The pH-1 SMA devices can be set up in a few quick steps and fit almost anywhere. As the devices are powered via USB no extra power connection, cables or adapter are necessary. Use them for fast pH checks in samples of for continuous long-term measurements. Applicable with different sensor designs, from slender dipping probes and flow-through cells to non-invasive pH Sensor Spots, the pH-1 SMA can be used for pH monitoring in various measurement set-ups and applications.
